Fresh Flower Bouquets & Arrangements
Same Day Orders
- Cancellation window: 2-hour cancellation window
- Refund: Full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days
- After cut-off: Orders cannot be cancelled once flowers have been prepared
Advance Orders (2+ days)
- Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before scheduled delivery date
- Within 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Same day: Orders cannot be cancelled
Perishable Goods Exemption
As flowers are perishable goods, orders for fresh flowers are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once preparation for your order has begun or the goods are delivered.

Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation notice: 48-hour notice required
- Refund policy: No refund for current month's delivery if already prepared
- Future deliveries: All future deliveries will be cancelled
- Pause option: Subscriptions can be paused for up to 3 months
How to Cancel Your Subscription

- Navigate to "My Subscriptions" in your dashboard
- Select "Cancel Subscription" next to the relevant subscription

Valentine's Day, Mother's Day & Other Peak Periods
- Cancellation deadline: 48 hours before delivery date
- Peak period surcharge: Non-refundable during busy periods
- Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal value
Delivery & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Failed Deliveries
- Recipient unavailable: We will attempt redelivery the next business day
- Incorrect address: Additional delivery charges may apply
- Refused delivery: No refund will be issued
Weather & External Factors
- Severe weather: Deliveries may be postponed for safety reasons
- Force majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Flower availability: Seasonal substitutions may be necessary
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our flowers. If you're not satisfied with your order:
- Report within 24 hours: Contact us immediately if flowers arrive damaged
- Photo evidence: Please provide photos of the damaged flowers
- Resolution: We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion
- Care instructions: Refunds are not available if flowers deteriorate due to improper care
